Common use of Delivery of Policies Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Policies. Immediately upon execution of this Agreement and before any Services are commenced by Engineer, Engineer shall provide County evidence of all of the above coverage on forms and with insurers acceptable to County. Engineer must maintain a valid Certificate of Insurance as described herein on file with County at all times during the term of this Agreement. Engineer must either (1) mail the Certificate of Insurance to the Harris County Engineering Department at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, 11th Floor, Houston, TX 77002, Attn: Administrative Services or (2) submit it by email to XXXXXxxxxXxxx@xxxxx.xxx.
