Common use of DELIVERY OF PRINTED MATERIALS Clause in Contracts

DELIVERY OF PRINTED MATERIALS. Licensee may, at its option, shall deliver the film for all Printed Materials to Sony or at Sony's option to Sony's designated manufacturing facility in accordance with the Specifications, at Licensee's sole risk and expense. In the event that Licensee elects to be responsible for manufacturing the Printed Materials and/or Packaging (at its sole cost and expense) and subject to Section 7.1.4 with respect to assembly, Licensee shall deliver such Printed Materials and/or Packaging to Sony, in the minimum order quantities set forth in Section 7.2.2 below.
