Delivery of Purchaser Questionnaire. The Company shall have received from each Purchaser a fully completed Purchaser Questionnaire in the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT C prior to the Closing for the Company's use in preparing the Registration Statement pursuant to Article 7 below.

Delivery of Purchaser Questionnaire. Upon the request of the Company, Purchaser shall deliver to the Company within a reasonably prompt time, a customary questionnaire with respect to Purchaser’s ownership of the Company’s securities and certain other customary matters.
