Delivery of Quality Home Care Services. The Employer and the Union agree that they have a mutual interest in promoting and ensuring quality in the home care sector. Changes to the existing system needed to realize this quality may include, but are not limited to care integration across programs and settings, the provision of holistic care, the improvement of services for consumers with complex needs, and the development of metrics needed to measure improvements in health and other defined outcomes. The parties agree to communicate openly with each other about ideas that would improve the quality of services to consumers. The Labor Management Committee may be a forum for these discussions.
