Delivery of Related Agreements. Company has delivered to Lenders complete and correct copies of each Related Agreement and of all exhibits and schedules thereto.
Delivery of Related Agreements. Borrower has delivered to Lenders complete and correct copies of each Related Agreement and of all exhibits and schedules thereto.
Delivery of Related Agreements. Company has delivered to Agents complete and correct copies of each Related Agreement and of all exhibits and schedules thereto.

Parent has delivered to Purchasers complete and correct copies of each Related Agreement in effect on or prior to the date hereof and of all exhibits and schedules thereto. Subject to the qualifications set forth therein, each of the representations and warranties made by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries in each Related Agreement was and is true and correct in all material respects as of each date made in accordance with such Related Agreement.
Delivery of Related Agreements. Company has delivered to Lenders complete and correct copies of each Related Agreement and the Anagram Acquisition Agreement and of all exhibits and schedules thereto.

Schedule 5.17 annexed hereto lists all Affiliate Agreements as of the Effective Date. Except as set forth in Schedule 5.17 annexed hereto, none of the Related Agreements have been amended, amended and restated, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified on or before the Effective Date since the date any such Related Agreement was first entered into.
