Delivery of the Vessels and Closing Documents. (a) The Seller shall deliver the Vessels on December 1, 1999, unless such date is changed either (i) by a party hereto upon notice to the other to a date on or before December 31, 1999 or (ii) by a party hereto after obtaining consent from the other party, which such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, to a date after December 31, 1999, which such date shall not be later than June 1, 2000 (herein called the "Closing Date"). The Seller shall use reasonable efforts consistent with contractual requirements to position the Vessels on the Closing Date at locations designated by Buyer.
