Common use of Delivery of Work Product and Final Payment Upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Work Product and Final Payment Upon Termination. In the event of termination, Consultant, within 14 days following the date of termination, shall deliver to Sonoma Water all reports, original drawings, graphics, plans, studies, and other data or documents, in whatever form or format, assembled or prepared by Consultant or Consultant’s subcontractors, consultants, and other agents in connection with this Agreement subject to Paragraph 12.11 and shall submit to Sonoma Water an invoice showing the services performed, hours worked, and copies of receipts for reimbursable expenses up to the date of termination.
