Delivery Rates. Under normal conditions, Supplier and Processor will deliver and receive Gas at reasonably uniform rates of delivery. Processor will have agents or employees available at all reasonable times to receive advice and directions from Supplier for changes in the rates of delivery of Gas as required from time to time.
