DELIVERY TRUCKS Sample Clauses

The DELIVERY TRUCKS clause sets out the terms and conditions related to the use, provision, or requirements for delivery trucks in the context of a contract. It typically specifies who is responsible for supplying the trucks, the standards or specifications the trucks must meet, and any obligations regarding maintenance, insurance, or operation. For example, it may require that trucks used for deliveries are properly licensed and maintained, or that the supplier provides a certain number of trucks at specified times. This clause ensures that both parties understand their responsibilities regarding transportation logistics, helping to prevent disputes and delays related to the delivery process.
