Delivery Time means the time for Delivery stated in the Purchase Order.
Delivery vessel means tank trucks or trailers equipped with a storage tank and used for the transport of gasoline from sources of supply to stationary tanks of gasoline dispensing facilities.
Delivery Term has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b).
Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;
Delivery Terms as defined in Section 10.1;
Delivery Day means a day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or any other day on which national banking associations are authorized to be closed. Any party may change its address for purposes of the receipt of notices and demands by giving notice of the change in the manner provided in this provision.
Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.
Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.
Delivery Date means the date(s) and/or times/timescales for delivery of the Goods and/or performance of the Services set out in the Order or as agreed in writing by the parties.
Delivery Notice Has the meaning specified in the NPA.
Service delivery area means the defined geographic area for delivery of program services.
Delivery Instructions means the instructions set out in the Contract for the provision of the Goods and Services, including any other information the Authority considers appropriate to the provision of the Goods and Services.
Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.
Share Delivery Quantity For any Settlement Date, a number of Shares, as calculated by the Calculation Agent, equal to the Net Share Settlement Amount for such Settlement Date divided by the Settlement Price on the Valuation Date for such Settlement Date.
Delivery Date(s) means the date or dates requested for delivery of Products as set forth in any Order.
Delivery Site means the places specified in the Delivery Schedule for the purpose of Delivery or Installation of the Supplies and Services, or any other places nominated by the Engineer and notified in writing to the Contractor;
Delivery Year means the Planning Period for which a Capacity Resource is committed pursuant to the auction procedures specified in Tariff, Attachment DD, or pursuant to an FRR Capacity Plan under Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.
Redelivery means the delivery of gas, excluding Firm Gas and Unauthorized Gas, to a Customer by KUB.
Delivery service means the providing of electric transmission or distribution to a retail customer.
Firm Order Confirmation or "FOC" means the notice CenturyLink provides to CLEC to confirm that CLEC's Local Service Order (LSR) has been received and has been successfully processed. The FOC confirms the schedule of dates committed to by CenturyLink for the Provisioning of the service requested.
Initial Delivery Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(d).
Delivery Month means each month specified as such by the Exchange pursuant to
Notice Delivery Period means the period from and including the Trade Date to and including the fifth Business Day following the date that is fourteen (14) calendar days after the Extension Date.
Delivery into consignee s store or to his site’ means delivered and unloaded in the specified store or depot or on the specified site in compliance with the conditions of the contract or order, the supplier bearing all risks and charges involved until the supplies are so delivered and a valid receipt is obtained.
First Delivery Date means the first date by which the commodity for a Futures Contract can be delivered in order for the terms of the Futures Contract to be fulfilled.
INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.
