Common use of Demising Clause Clause in Contracts

Demising Clause. Landlord hereby demises and leases the Leased Premises to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases the Leased Premises from Landlord, in accordance with the provisions of this Lease, to have and to hold for the Term (as defined herein).

Demising Clause. Landlord hereby demises and leases the Leased Premises Property to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases the Leased Premises Property from Landlord, in accordance with the provisions of this Lease, to have and to hold for the Term (as defined herein).

Demising Clause.
