Common use of Demographic Requirements Clause in Contracts

Demographic Requirements. 2.5.1 DWP recognises that there will be a diverse set of customer groups accessing its services. Therefore IDPs are required to provide details about particular customer groups they service and their respective volumes, for example:  Financially excluded customers with no mainstream bank account.  Breakdown of age groups of existing customer base (e.g. 16-24, 25 - 65, and 65+).  Physically disabled people and people with cognitive disabilities.
