Academic Requirements. If a student is not able to maintain a course load of at least eighteen units, as defined in section 2, the student will be required to withdraw from residence and to meet the financial responsibilities, as outlined in section 16. A student who cannot maintain a course load of at least eighteen units for medical, or compassionate reasons must submit a written appeal with supporting documents to Residence Admissions to be considered for permission to remain in residence.

Academic Requirements. To qualify for the Guaranteed Interview Program, Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences (OSU-CHS) and Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU) agree that applicants must complete the following academic requirements:
Academic Requirements. In order to receive academic credit for the practicum, the Student shall satisfactorily complete the academic assignments, academic tasks, and other academic projects associated with the practicum as established by the Faculty Advisor. The Student is also required to keep an accurate log of the hours worked during the practicum. The hours required to complete the practicum must be started and finished during the semester for which academic credit is sought. In order to receive academic credit, the Student must satisfy all requirements of the practicum as delineated in this Agreement, including turning in a record of the hours worked, to the Faculty Advisor no later than the final week of the practicum course. Should the Faculty Advisor require the Student to submit a journal or other document describing the Student’s experience during the practicum, the Student must turn it in by this date, as well.

Academic Requirements. Prerequisites for receiving the Erasmus Mundus monthly grant are sufficient progress in studies/research/work and for exchange undergraduate and master grantees, the achievement of the minimum credits stated by the host university (not less than 20 ECTS per semester or 40 ECTS per academic year).
Academic Requirements a. Student must have graduated from high school (as evidenced by a high school diploma or GED) and completed a minimum of 12 transferable credit hours. b. Students are required to participate in the program between their first semester of enrollment at Southeastern Community College and prior to or upon completion of the first 30 semester credit hours at Southeastern Community College to ensure SAU at least one year of contact with the student. Also, student must complete the online SAU admissions application xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/Transfer. c. Student must transfer to SAU within three years of the date of initial enrollment at Southeastern Community College to maintain the SAU catalog edition. Exceptions will be reviewed on a case­ by-case basis. d. Upon completion of the associate degree (AA, AS) students will be accepted at junior status. A maximum of 64 credits will be applied to the baccalaureate degree. Developmental courses and courses not deemed transferable are not included in this agreement. e. Students are required to maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0 on a 4.0 grading scale on all course work from all colleges attended. Credit for college-level work is granted in all areas that correspond to courses offered at St. Xxxxxxx University with a grade of a "C" or better. 1 f. Acceptance in some degree programs at St. Xxxxxxx University is competitive and through a separate application and acceptance process. Thus, guaranteed admission into St. Xxxxxxx University does not imply admission to these programs without further acceptance by the program or department offering the program. Students must follow all St. Xxxxxxx University application processes and all special departmental/program application procedures, deadlines, and grade point average requirements, including, but not limited to, the Nursing program and the School of Education. g. International students who enroll at St. Xxxxxxx University will be considered on the same basis as domestic students for admission to competitive programs, registration, scholarships, student housing, parking, and any other opportunities open to domestic students.
