Common use of Demolition work Clause in Contracts

Demolition work. Where employees covered by this Agreement are employed in connection with and on work with employees of demolition contractors on major demolition works they shall be paid $4.00 per hour in lieu of the relevant VBIA Site Allowance, in accordance with the DCAV/CFMEU Demolition Contractors Agreement.

Demolition work. Where employees covered by this Agreement are employed in connection with and on work with employees of demolition contractors works engaged on major structural demolition works they shall be paid $4.00 per hour in lieu of the relevant VBIA Site Allowance, in accordance with the DCAV/CFMEU Demolition Contractors Agreement.
