Common use of Demonstration of Compliance Clause in Contracts

Demonstration of Compliance. By June 30, 2011, the Individual Participating Airline shall submit to ARB a written Demonstration of Compliance. The Demonstration of Compliance shall demonstrate that the Individual Participating Airline came into compliance with the MOU during the six (6) month cure period.

The Demonstration of Compliance shall demonstrate that the Individual Participating Airline came into compliance with the MOU during the six twelve (612) month cure period.
