Denial of a Later Approval. If the City denies any application for a Later Approval that implements any aspect of the Project, the City must specify in writing the reasons for such denial and shall suggest modifications required for approval of the application. Any such specified modifications shall be consistent with Applicable Laws and City staff shall approve the application if it is subsequently resubmitted for City review and corrects or mitigates, to the City's reasonable satisfaction, the stated reasons for the earlier denial in a manner that is consistent and compliant with Applicable Laws and does not include new or additional information or materials that give the City a reason to object to the application under the standards set forth in this Agreement.

  • Application for approval 3.1. The application for approval of a vehicle type with regard to braking shall be submitted by the vehicle manufacturer or by his duly accredited representative.
