Bureau Project Coordinator(s) for each of the following: Portland Water Bureau (PWB), Bureau of Environmental Services (BES), Bureau of Development Services (BDS), Bureau of Planning and Sustainability (BPS), Bureau of Parks and Recreation (PP&R), Bureau of Technology Services (BTS), and Prosper Portland.

City Staff. While the Consultant has the team resources to conduct the assignment, we cannot carry out the tasks without input from, and agreement with, relevant City staff as follows:
City Staff. Staff will have a main point of contact for legal matters and will not have to expend additional resources to utilize legal consultants. There are no identified issues or financial impacts.
City Staff. 3.3.1 WSDOT and the City agree it is to the benefit of both Parties for WSDOT to fund City Staff Work. 3.3.2 WSDOT will fund only those hours worked by City Staff for activities directly related to the Project and authorized by this Agreement.
City Staff. City hereby agrees and acknowledges that it will have a staff member, which may be City's Event Coordinator, in the Facilities during all events at which Contractor provides Services to serve as a liaison between the Facilities and Contractor. City staff shall be identified prior to each event. City staff shall be responsible, to the extent possible, in assisting Contractor with any problems which may arise with the Facilities; provided, however, that the presence of such City staff shall in no event be deemed or construed as expanding any of the duties or obligations which City has undertaken pursuant to the terms of this Contract, nor shall their presence be deemed or construed as abrogating (i) any limitation of such duties or obligations contained herein, or (ii) any limitation of liability of City expressly set forth in this Contract.
City Staff. For the purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Section 5.1(b) with respect to the City of San Francisco Historic Preservation Committee and the San Francisco Arts Commission, City's review and, to the extent applicable, approval of the Design Documents (relating to the ZSFG Campus Improvements and the exterior, height and bulk of the Research Facility Building) means review and, to the extent applicable, approval by City staff designated from time to time by City’s Director of Health and approved by the City Administrator, or their respective designees, to review the Design Documents (“City Staff”), acting in City's proprietary capacity, and does not encompass review and approval of the Design Documents by City’s Planning Department or any other Regulatory Agency, as may be required pursuant to applicable Laws.
City Staff. City shall provide custodial services for the Multipurpose Room, restrooms and staff lounge. Ten hours of services will be provided per week. The scope of services provided will be at the direction and discretion of the Library Director, or designee. District shall pay City for these services at the rate of $37.00/hour. This rate shall be for the first Term. The hourly rate to be paid for services to be provided during any Term extension shall be determined by the Library Director, with written notice to District prior to commencement of the Term extension.

  • Supplier’s Staff 3.3.1 Access to the Premises shall be limited to such Staff and the Supplier’s suppliers as are necessary for the Supplier to fulfil its obligations under the Contract. The Supplier shall co-operate with others working on the Premises to such extent as the Authority may reasonably require. 3.3.2 The Authority reserves the right to refuse to admit to, or to withdraw permission to remain on, the Premises:- (a) for any member of the Staff; or (b) for any person employed or engaged by any member of the Staff, whose admission or continued presence would be, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, undesirable. 3.3.3 At the Authority’s written request, the Supplier shall provide a list of the names and business addresses of all persons who may require admission in connection with the Contract to the Premises, specifying the capacities in which they are concerned with the Contract and giving such other particulars as the Authority may reasonably request. 3.3.4 The Supplier’s Staff, engaged within the boundaries of the Premises, shall comply with such rules, regulations and requirements (including those relating to security arrangements) as may be in force from time to time for the conduct of personnel when at or outside those premises. 3.3.5 If the Supplier fails to comply with Clause 3.3.3 within one (1) Month of the date of the request and in the reasonable opinion of the Authority, such failure may be prejudicial to the interests of the Crown, then the Authority may terminate the Contract, provided always that such termination shall not prejudice or affect any right of action or remedy which shall have accrued or shall thereafter accrue to the Authority. 3.3.6 The decision of the Authority as to whether any person is to be refused access to the Premises and as to whether the Supplier has failed to comply with Clause 3.3.3 shall be final and conclusive.

  • Project Staff Contractor shall appoint to the Project Staff: (i) individuals with suitable training and skills to provide the Work, and (ii) sufficient staffing to adequately provide the Work. Contractor shall make commercially reasonable efforts consistent with sound business practices to honor the specific request of the JBE with regard to assignment of its employees. The JBE may require Contractor to remove any personnel from the Project Staff that interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors (including, without limitation, the Contractor Project Manager) upon providing to Contractor a reason (permitted by law) for such removal.   • Support Staff The College shall designate a clerical person on each campus whose primary responsibility will be to perform clerical duties related to workload assignments for Employees. Faculty assignments to the clerical person shall be given priority over non- faculty assignments. Any conflicts shall be reported to the Chief Academic Officer or to an academic officer of the College who holds the rank of Campus Director or higher. Employees will be notified of the identity of this person and the clerical person will be notified.

The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.
