Denial of Other University Services. In addition to any other remedies available to it pursuant to this Contract or at law, the University may suspend your student privileges and deny you student services (including but not limited to: restriction of meal plan, access to academic grades and records/transcripts, etc.) if any fees, assessment, damages, costs or other monetary amounts owing pursuant to this Contract remain unpaid by you either during the term of this Contract or after its termination or conclusion for any reason. The University may take legal action or use collection agencies to recover unpaid accounts. All students must pay a $50 non‐refundable application fee when applying for Residence. The initial $500 room acceptance fee is applied towards the term fees and is non‐refundable. A $250 security deposit (the “Security Deposit”) is required to cover property damages beyond normal wear and tear; any balance of the Security Deposit remaining after repair of damages will be refunded within 90 days after move‐out. The University may, at its sole discretion contract a third party to process Residence refunds. When a refund is due to be paid, the resident will be contacted by Residence Services with instructions, and may request to provide banking information in order to facilitate payment to the resident’s bank.
