Dental Assistants. 86.4.1 In order to terminate the employment of an Employee classified under Part 4 of Schedule G, the Employer shall give four week’s written notice, or pay four week’s wages in lieu of notice. 86.4.2 The period of notice in clause 86.4.1 shall be increased by one week if the Employee is over 45 years of age and has completed at least 2 years continuous service with the Employer at the end of the day the notice is given.
