Dental Plan. The Employer shall pay the regular premium for regular employees and their dependants entitled to coverage under a mutually acceptable dental plan, which shall provide: (a) Part A - 100% coverage (b) Part B - 65% coverage (c) Part C - 55% coverage An employee is eligible for coverage under the Dental Plan the first of the month following the month in which the employee completes six months of service with the Government. An employee is eligible for orthodontic services under Part C after 12 months' continuous participation in the plan. Orthodontic services are subject to a lifetime maximum payment of $3,500 per patient.
