Dental Plans. A. The dental plans offered shall be those approved by the City's Joint Labor-Management Committee and administered by the Personnel Department in accordance with Los Angeles Administrative Code Section 4.303. B. Management will expend for full-time employees in the classifications listed in this Unit, who are members of LACERS, the monthly sum necessary to cover the cost of employee only coverage under the City-sponsored Dental Plan Program.
