Departing contractor employees. The Contractor shall provide the COTR with the name, position title, and position sensitivity level held by or pending for departing employees. The Contractor shall perform and document the actions identified in the Contractor Employee Separation Checklist (xxxxx://xxxx.xxx.xxx/aboutus/publicinfosecurity/acquisition/Documents/Emp-sep- checklist.pdf) when a Contractor/subcontractor employee terminates work under this contract. All documentation shall be made available to the COTR upon request.
