Department Heads and Team Leaders. Prior to appointing Department Heads or Team Leaders, the Board will post a notice on the appropriate bulletin board or give written notice to all affected members. The supplemental contract levels for department heads are found in Appendix G of this Contract. New department heads will be placed on Level A of the appropriate step.
