Department’s Right to Terminate for Convenience. ‌ The Department, by sixty (60) Calendar Days advance written Notice to Vendor, may terminate the Contract for any reason or no reason at all when the Department determines in its sole discretion that it is in the Department’s interest to do so. Vendor shall not perform any Services after the effective date of the termination, except as necessary to complete the continued portion of the Contract, if any. Corrective work to comply with the requirements of this Contract will be performed by the Vendor at its expense, and Vendor will not be entitled to any compensation for such corrective work.
