Hierarchy of Documents. In the event of a conflict among the documents, the hierarchy of documents is: 1) the Development Agreement; 2) the PDD Standards; and 3) the MZDO; and 4) other applicable statutes, ordinances, and regulations governing development and uses for the Property. In the event of an omission, the MZDO shall govern. To the extent of ambiguity, the parties shall attempt to review same consistent with the terms of the PDD Standards and the MZDO.
Hierarchy of Documents. In case of conflict, the following documents supersede each other in accordance with the following respective hierarchy:
1. Codes and applicable law;
2. The attachments hereto;
3. The solicitation documents issued by DFCM for the selection of the A/E;
4. Any response by A/E to the procurement documents attached to this Agreement;
5. The body of this Agreement;
6. The General Conditions; and
7. The Design Manual.
Hierarchy of Documents. In the event of conflict among the Contract documents, the order of precedence is as follows:
a. Attachment B: Business Associate Agreement
b. This contract document;
c. The attachments to this contract document, which are incorporated by reference;
d. ITN 2021-300-01 including all addenda, in reverse order of posting by date on the Florida Healthy Kids website, which are incorporated by reference;
e. Insurer’s best and final offer to ITN 2021-300-01, which is incorporated by reference; and
f. Insurer’s response to ITN 2021-300-01, which is incorporated by reference. In the event the terms of this Contract conflict with federal or state laws or regulations, the federal or state laws or regulations prevail.
Hierarchy of Documents. The Contract, comprising the following documents, sets forth the entire understanding between the Parties. In the event that any of the Contract documents conflict, the order of precedence set forth below shall control. The following order of precedence applies to this Contract:
Hierarchy of Documents. To the extent that there is a conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the OLA(s), the conflict will be resolved in accordance with Section 2 of this Attachment 6-C. The Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that the terms of the OLA will not be used for the purpose of determining a Service Provider's obligations under this Agreement.
Hierarchy of Documents. Unless otherwise specifically agreed to by the Parties, in the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and its Exhibits, and a Purchase Order, the order of precedence is as follows: (i) the terms of this Agreement; (ii) its Exhibits; and (iii) the terms of the accepted Purchase Order. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the pre-printed provisions on any Purchase Order will be deemed deleted and of no effect whatsoever.
Hierarchy of Documents. 3.1. Should any conflicts arise in between this MSA, the Services Schedule(s) and the Proposal pertaining to their interpretation, the following hierarchy of interpretation shall apply:
3.1.1. Firstly, the Services Schedule(s), insofar as the conflict pertains to the subject matter of a specific Service;
3.1.2. Secondly, this MSA; and
3.1.3. Thirdly, the Proposal.
Hierarchy of Documents. Contract Interpretation: In the event of conflict among contract documents, the order of precedence for the Contract will be as listed in the definition of the term “Contract.” If the Contract terms are inconsistent with the benefit and coverage provisions of the Benefits Document or statute, then the provisions of the Benefits Document or statute will prevail.
Hierarchy of Documents. In case of any discrepancy or ambiguity between the Agreement and a Purchase Order, the Agreement shall prevail over the Purchase Order and all other documents related thereto.

b. The attachments to this Contract
