Dependency Coverage. All eligible employees may elect to be covered by the dependency provisions of the plan. The Hospital will contribute 75% of the total cost of dependency coverage (employee and dependent). The amount to be paid by the Hospital shall be applied to any plan selected by the employee if more than one option is available.
