Dependency on Milestone or Technical Report. Release of any payments is contingent upon the acceptance by the Centre’s contact (see Section 4.1) of Part 3 – Schedule of Project Milestones achieved as at the date of the financial report. The Centre reserves the right to increase or decrease the number and frequency of payments.
