Release of any payments is contingent upon the acceptance by the Centre’s contact (see Section 4.1) of Part 3 – Schedule of Project Milestones achieved as at the date of the financial report. The Centre reserves the right to increase or decrease the number and frequency of payments.

Payment to Recipients will be made by bank transfer according to information provided by the Recipient in the Supplier, Tax and Bank Information Form (Part 5), as supplied from time to time by the Centre. To avoid any delays in payment, Recipients shall be responsible to inform the Centre of any changes to their banking information.
