Common use of Dependent Textbook Fee Waiver Clause in Contracts

Dependent Textbook Fee Waiver. The Board agrees that the textbook fees of Teachers’ dependents who are enrolled as students in the School Corporation will be waived. To be eligible for this fee waiver, a Teacher must submit a Textbook Tuition Assistance Application and Request for Textbook Fee Waiver for each student on or before December 1.
