  • Processing of Deposit files The use of compression is recommended in order to reduce electronic data transfer times, and storage capacity requirements. Data encryption will be used to ensure the privacy of registry escrow data. Files processed for compression and encryption will be in the binary OpenPGP format as per OpenPGP Message Format -­‐ RFC 4880, see Part A, Section 9, reference 3 of this Specification. Acceptable algorithms for Public-­‐key cryptography, Symmetric-­‐key cryptography, Hash and Compression are those enumerated in XXX 0000, not marked as deprecated in OpenPGP IANA Registry, see Part A, Section 9, reference 4 of this Specification, that are also royalty-­‐free.   • Deposit Policy When purchasing services from BellSouth, Carrier will be required to complete the BellSouth Credit Profile and provide information regarding credit worthiness. Based on the results of the credit analysis, BellSouth reserves the right to secure the account with a suitable form of security deposit. Such security deposit shall take the form of cash, an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (BellSouth form), Surety Bond (BellSouth form) or, in its sole discretion, some other form of security. Any such security deposit shall in no way release Carrier from its obligation to make complete and timely payments of its xxxx. Such security shall be required prior to the inauguration of service. If, in the sole opinion of BellSouth, circumstances so warrant and/or gross monthly billing has increased beyond the level initially used to determine the level of security, BellSouth reserves the right to request additional security and/or file a Uniform Commercial Code (UCC1) security interest in Carrier’s “accounts receivables and proceeds.” Interest on a security deposit, if provided in cash, shall accrue and be paid in accordance with the terms in the appropriate BellSouth tariff. Security deposits collected under this Section shall not exceed two months’ estimated billing. In the event Carrier fails to remit to BellSouth any deposit requested pursuant to this Section, service to Carrier may be terminated and any security deposits will be applied to Carrier’s account(s).

  • CUSTODIAL ACCOUNTS It is agreed that all accounts opened under the Uniform Gift to Minors Act (UGMA), the Uniform Transfers to Minors Act (UTMA), or similar state statutes will be properly created and that all property so transferred will be done in compliance with such applicable statutes. There will be good faith reliance upon the instructions given, representations made and actions taken by a transferor or custodian. Further, the custodian represents and warrants that the assets in the account belong to the minor and that all such assets, whether or not transferred out of the UGMA or UTMA account, will only be used for the benefit of the minor.

  • Line Information Database 9.1 LIDB is a transaction-oriented database accessible through Common Channel Signaling (CCS) networks. For access to LIDB, e-Tel must purchase appropriate signaling links pursuant to Section 10 of this Attachment. LIDB contains records associated with End User Line Numbers and Special Billing Numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other Network Elements and provides appropriate responses. The query originator need not be the owner of LIDB data. LIDB queries include functions such as screening billed numbers that provides the ability to accept Collect or Third Number Billing calls and validation of Telephone Line Number based non-proprietary calling cards. The interface for the LIDB functionality is the interface between BellSouth’s CCS network and other CCS networks. LIDB also interfaces to administrative systems.

  • Custodial Account Funds in any custodial accounts established by the Servicer and maintained in respect of the REMIC may be invested and, if invested, shall be invested in Eligible Investments selected by the Servicer which shall mature not later than the Business Day immediately preceding the next Remittance Date, and any such Eligible Investment shall not be sold or disposed of prior to its maturity. All such Eligible Investments shall be made in the name of the REMIC or its nominee. All income and gain realized from any such investment shall be, as long as the Servicer is servicing the Mortgage Loans held by the REMIC, for the benefit of the Servicer as additional compensation and shall be subject to its withdrawal or order from time to time. The amount of any losses incurred in respect of any such investments shall be deposited in the relevant account by the Servicer out of its own funds immediately as realized. The foregoing requirements for deposit in such account are exclusive, it being understood and agreed that, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, payments of interest on funds in such account and, as long as the Servicer is servicing the Mortgage Loans held by the REMIC, payments in the nature of prepayment fees, late payment charges, assumption fees or any similar fees customarily associated with the servicing mortgage loans paid by any mortgagor need not be deposited by the Servicer in such account and may be retained by the Servicer as additional servicing compensation. If the Servicer deposits in such account any amount not required to be deposited therein, it may at any time withdraw such amount, any provision herein to the contrary notwithstanding.

  • DOCUMENTATION; RECORDS OF PROCESSING Each party is responsible for its compliance with its documentation requirements, in particular maintaining records of processing where required under Data Protection Law. Each party shall reasonably assist the other party in its documentation requirements, including providing the information the other party needs from it in a manner reasonably requested by the other party (such as using an electronic system), in order to enable the other party to comply with any obligations relating to maintaining records of processing.

  • Location Data Apple and its partners, licensees and third party developers may provide certain services through the Apple Software that rely upon location information. To provide and improve these services, where available, Apple and its partners, licensees and third party developers may transmit, collect, maintain, process and use your location data, including the real-time geographic location of your computer, and location search queries. The location data and queries collected by Apple are collected in a form that does not personally identify you and may be used by Apple and its partners, licensees and third party developers to provide and improve location-based products and services. By using any location-based services provided by or through the Apple Software, you agree and consent to Apple's and its partners', licensees' and third party developers’ transmission, collection, maintenance, processing and use of your location data and queries to provide and improve such products and services. You may withdraw this consent at any time by going to the Location Services setting in the Apple Software and either turning off the global Location Services setting or turning off the individual location setting of each location-aware application on your computer. The Location Services setting is found in the Security & Privacy pane within System Preferences. When using third party applications or services on your computer that use or provide location data, you are subject to and should review such third party's terms and privacy policy on use of location data by such third party applications or services.

  • Account Information The account balance and transaction history information may be limited to recent account information involving your accounts. Also, the availability of funds for transfer or withdrawal may be limited due to the processing time for any ATM deposit transactions and our Funds Availability Policy.

  • Account Statements and Requesting Account Records Unless your Account is restricted you may view and download your PayPal account statement by logging into your PayPal account. You agree to review your transactions through your PayPal account history instead of receiving periodic statements by email. You will receive important information about your payments and payment receipts by e- mail immediately after a transaction. Your transaction history will also be updated and made available to you at any time by logging into your account. You can also access a downloadable report from your PayPal account. This will show all fees incurred and any other amounts charged to your PayPal account in the relevant period. The report will only be updated and made available if there has been any activity on your PayPal account or any fees have been incurred in the relevant period. The way in which we provide the transaction information will allow you to store and reproduce the information unchanged, for example by printing a copy. We reserve the right to charge a fee for providing you with additional information or for providing the transaction history and other information about fees in a different way but we won’t charge you for records requested in connection with your good-faith assertion of an error in your PayPal account.
