Deposit of Misdirected Collections. The Borrower shall promptly (but in no event later than two (2) Business Days after receipt and identification thereof) deposit or cause to be deposited into the Collection Account any and all Collections received by the Borrower.

Deposit of Misdirected Collections. Each Loan Party shall promptly (but in no event later than two (2) Business Days after receipt and identification thereof) deposit or cause to be deposited into the Collection Account any and all Available Collections received by such Loan Party.
Deposit of Misdirected Collections. The Borrower and each Loan Party shall cause all Collections (and all proceeds thereof) to be paid into and held in the Collection Account. To the extent that any Collections (or proceeds thereof) are not paid into and held in the Collection Account, the Borrower and each Loan Party shall deposit or cause to be deposited the full amount of any and all such Collections (and all proceeds thereof, as applicable) into the Collection Account within two Business Days after obtaining knowledge thereof.
