Deposit of title deeds. The Chargor must deposit with the Agent all deeds and documents of title relating to the Mortgaged Property and all local land charges, land charges and Land Registry search certificates and similar documents received by or on behalf of the Chargor.
Deposit of title deeds. The Chargor shall deposit with the Security Trustee all deeds and documents of title relating to the Mortgaged Property and all Local Land Charges, Land Charges and Land Registry Search Certificates and similar documents received by or on behalf of the Chargor. The Security Trustee is entitled to hold the above deeds and documents during the Security Period.
