Common use of Deposit Period Clause in Contracts

Deposit Period. A day, a calendar week, a calendar month, a calendar quarter, or any other period of time specified by GALIC during which a Purchase Payment(s), Transfer(s), and/or Reinvestment(s) may be allocated to one or more Fixed Account Guaranteed Terms. GALIC reserves the right to shorten or to extend the Deposit Period. During a Deposit Period, GALIC may offer any number of Guaranteed Terms and more than one Guaranteed Term of the same duration may be offered.
