Depositor May Own Securities. The Depositor and any Affiliate thereof may in its individual or any other capacity become the owner or pledgee of Securities with the same rights as it would have if it were not the Depositor or an Affiliate thereof, except as expressly provided herein or in any Basic Document.

Depositor May Own Securities. The Depositor and any of its Affiliates may, in its individual or any other capacity, become the owner or pledgee of Securities with the same rights as it would have if it were not the Depositor or an Affiliate of the Depositor, except as otherwise expressly provided herein or in any other Basic Document (including in the definition of the termsNote Balance” and “Outstanding”). Except as otherwise expressly provided herein or in the other Basic Documents (including in the definition of the terms “Note Balance” and “Outstanding”), Securities so owned by or pledged to the Depositor or such Affiliate shall have an equal and proportionate benefit under the provisions of this Agreement and the other Basic Documents, without preference, priority or distinction as among the Notes and the Certificates as the case may be.
