Deposits to the Revenue Account. Deposits. AEE, AEE 2 and each other AEE Subsidiary shall, or shall cause, the following amounts to be deposited into the Revenue Account directly, or if received by AEE, AEE 2 or any AEE Subsidiary, as soon as practicable (but no more than three Business Days) after receipt, in either case in accordance with this Section 3.1(a): (A) all AEE Revenues (other than, with respect to an AEE Subsidiary, any amounts distributed from the Operating Account to pay third party and labor costs and other reimbursable costs and overhead under an Operation and Maintenance Agreement, [the Management Services Agreement] or those constituting accreted value under any Payment Undertaking Agreement); (B) any proceeds of a drawing under the Working Capital Facility; (C) any proceeds of Permitted Indebtedness; (D) all proceeds from the sale, lease or other disposition of assets by AEE, AEE 2 or any AEE Subsidiary, as permitted by Section 6.3 of the each of the Participation Agreements; and (E) all other income (howsoever earned), revenue (howsoever generated) and proceeds of any nature whatsoever received by AEE, AEE 2 or any AEE Subsidiary (including, without limitation, the proceeds of any insurance maintained pursuant to any Operative Document or otherwise) prior to, on or after the Closing Date.
Deposits to the Revenue Account. The Collateral Trustee shall deposit to the Revenue Account all (i) Revenues, (ii) all net earnings and proceeds of investments of money in the Revenue Account, (iii) all moneys received by the Collateral Trustee with written direction from the Company for deposit to the Revenue Account, (iv) all amounts required to be transferred to the Revenue Account from any other Trust Account in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and (v) all amounts received by the Company or any other Obligor and not required or permitted to be deposited into another Trust Account pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Revenue Account The Borrower and each other Loan Party acknowledges and confirms that, on or before the Effective Date and pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Timberlands II has established and will maintain one or more accounts or InvestLine Related Loan Party Subaccounts at one or more Account Bank for the benefit of the Administrative Agent, as first priority secured party for the benefit of the Lender Parties, to serve as the “Revenue Account” (said account or accounts and any account or accounts replacing the same in accordance with this Agreement, collectively, the “Revenue Account”). Timberlands II shall cause and direct all amounts that are payable to it under the Master Stumpage Agreement from the harvesting of Timber to the Revenue Account. CatchMark TRS Subsidiary shall pay or credit directly into the Revenue Account, as and when due, all amounts owing by it to Timberlands II pursuant to the Master Stumpage Agreement. Each of the Borrower, CatchMark TRS Subsidiary and each other Loan Party acknowledges and confirms that, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the Master Stumpage Agreement, each of Timberlands II and CatchMark TRS Subsidiary and the other Loan Parties has and will give proper notice of the Revenue Account to the parties to the Master Stumpage Agreement.

  • DEPOSITS TO THE ESCROW ACCOUNT The Master Servicer shall deposit or cause to be deposited in the clearing account (which account must be an Eligible Account) in which it customarily deposits payments and collections on mortgage loans in connection with its mortgage loan servicing activities on a daily basis, and in no event more than one Business Day after the Master Servicer's receipt thereof, and shall thereafter deposit in the Escrow Account, in no event more than two Business Days after the deposit of such funds into the clearing account, as and when received or as otherwise required hereunder, and retain therein:

  • Deposits to the Collection Account and Special Payments Account (a) The Subordination Agent shall, upon receipt thereof, deposit in the Collection Account all Scheduled Payments received by it (other than any Scheduled Payment which by the express terms hereof is to be deposited to a Cash Collateral Account).

  • Deposits to Lock-Box Accounts Deposit or otherwise credit, or cause or permit to be so deposited or credited, to any Lock-Box Account cash or cash proceeds other than Collections of Pool Receivables.

  • Deposits to the Bank Account 3.1 The Selling Agents shall promptly deliver to the Escrow Agent all monies which they receive from prospective purchasers of the Securities, which monies shall be in the form of checks or wire transfers. Upon the Escrow Agent’s receipt of such monies, they shall be credited to the Escrow Account. All checks delivered to the Escrow Agent shall be made payable to “HIGHTIMES HOLDING CORP.’s.   • Deposits to Collection Account The Servicer shall use its best efforts to deposit or cause to be deposited (without duplication), within two (2) Business Days after receipt thereof, into the Collection Account and retain therein in trust for the benefit of the Grantor Trust Holder:

  • Deposits to Accounts Deposit or otherwise credit, or cause or permit to be so deposited or credited, or direct any Obligor to deposit or remit, any Collection or proceeds thereof (other than as remitted to Seller pursuant to Section 1.3(a)(ii) hereof) to any account (or related lock-box, if applicable) other than any Lock-Box Account covered by a Lock-Box Agreement.

  • Operating Account To the extent funds are not required to be placed in a lockbox pursuant to any Loan Documents, Property Manager shall deposit all rents and other funds collected from the operation of the Property in a reputable bank or financial institution in a special trust or depository account or accounts for the Property maintained by Property Manager for the benefit of the Company (such accounts, together with any interest earned thereon, shall collectively be referred to herein as the “Operating Account”). Property Manager shall maintain books and records of the funds deposited in and withdrawals from the Operating Account. With funds from Company, Property Manager shall maintain the Operating Account so that an amount at least as great as the budgeted expenses for such month is in the Operating Account as of the first of each month. From the Operating Account, Property Manager shall pay the operating expenses of the Property and any other payments relative to the Property as required by this Agreement. If more than one account is necessary to operate the Property, each account shall have a unique name, except to the extent any Lender requires sub-accounts within any account. Within three (3) months after receipt by Property Manager, all rents and other funds collected in the Operating Account, after payment of all operating expenses, debt service and such amounts as may be determined by the Property Manager to be retained for reserves or improvements, shall be paid to the Company.

  • Deposits to Special Accounts Except as otherwise provided in the Lock-Box Agreement, the Seller will not deposit or otherwise credit, or cause or permit to be so deposited or credited, to any Lock-Box Account cash or cash proceeds other than Collections in respect of the Collateral.
