Description of Company Owned Interconnection Facilities. (a) The Company will purchase, construct, own, operate and maintain all Company- Owned Interconnection Facilities required to interconnect the Company System with the Facility at (b) The Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities, for which the Seller agrees to pay, include: (c) All interconnection facilities not expressly identified in Appendix B-1 (Description of Facility) to this Agreement as owned by Seller are Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities.
