Common use of Description of the Contractor Required Insurance Clause in Contracts

Description of the Contractor Required Insurance. Without limiting any of the other obligations or liabilities of Contractor, the Contractor shall (and shall require of its sub- contractors), at the Contractor’s sole expense, procure, maintain and keep in force the amounts and types of insurance conforming to the minimum requirements set forth herein. Except as may be otherwise expressly specified in this Exhibit, the insurance shall commence at or prior to the execution of this Agreement by the District and shall be maintained in force throughout the term of this Agreement.
