DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT. The following documents and any amendments relating thereto form the entire contribution agreement between the CNSC and the recipient: 1. the PFP general terms and conditions (published on the CNSC’s website) 2. this contribution agreement 3. the recipient’s completed and signed PFP application form, approved by the CNSC 4. the CNSC’s confirmation email/letter to the recipient regarding the contribution 5. the PFP Guide (published on the CNSC’s website) Should there be a discrepancy in the information of the documents listed above, the information in this contribution agreement would prevail.

  • Allocation and use of scarce resources Any procedures for the allocation and use of scarce resources, including frequencies, numbers and rights of way, will be carried out in an objective, timely, transparent and non-discriminatory manner. The current state of allocated frequency bands will be made publicly available, but detailed identification of frequencies allocated for specific government uses is not required.

  • Allocation and Use of Funds All allocations and use of funds under this Grant shall be in accordance with the applicable federal Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Federal Grant Title specified on this Grant.

  • Application of this Revenue Sharing Agreement to Notes The terms of this Revenue Sharing Agreement shall apply to each Note as if the terms of this Revenue Sharing Agreement were fully set forth in each Note.

Vendor must respond with a percentage from 0%-100%. The percentage discount that you input below will be applied to your "Catalog Pricing", as defined in the solicitation, for all TIPS Sales made during the life of the contract. You cannot alter this percentage discount once the solicitation legally closes. You will always be required to discount every TIPS Sale by the percentage included below with the exception of limited goods/services specifically identified and excluded from this discount in Vendor’s original proposal.
