Description of the Great Bay Solar ISA. The Great Bay Solar ISA facilitates the interconnection to the PJM transmission system of a 150 MW generating facility located in Somerset County, Maryland. See Great Bay Solar ISA, Specifications § 1.0. The Great Bay Solar ISA indicates that Great Bay Solar shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights in the amount of 57 MW consisting of 19.5 MW that Great Bay Solar had at the Point of Interconnection prior to the interconnection request associated with the Great Bay Solar ISA and 37.5 MW associated with the interconnection request resulting in the Great Bay Solar ISA.
