Facilities Charge. The monthly Interconnection Facilities Charge of $5,686.51, which is the product of 0.39% (Customer-Financed Monthly Rate) and $1,458,079.00 (Interconnection Facilities Cost), and the monthly Distribution Upgrades Charge of $758.41 which is the product of 0.39% (Customer-Financed Monthly Rate) and $194,465.00 (Distribution Upgrades
Facilities Charge. The monthly Interconnection Facilities Charge and the monthly Distribution Upgrades Charge, as provided for under the CPUC-jurisdictional GIA.
Facilities Charge and “Facilities Charges” means the amounts payable by the Member Jurisdictions as determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.l(a)(2).

More Definitions of Facilities Charge

Facilities Charge means the fee to be paid by a developer, subdivider or owner (in addition to the costs of service connection or service lateral) as their share of the cost of capital expenditures for the public water system and debt service payments on bonds issued to finance such capital expenditures. The fee is based on the maximum size of the meter and type of service the service lateral can support or by the number of lots, dwelling units or equivalent units in the development, whichever cost is larger.
Facilities Charge means a one-time fee that a new customer must pay, consistent with WAC 480-110-455 (Water company funding mecha- nisms), before the company will connect the customer's property to the water system.
