Common use of Description of the School’s Required Insurance Clause in Contracts

Description of the School’s Required Insurance. Without limiting any of the other obligations or liabilities of the School, the School shall, at the School’s sole expense, procure, maintain and keep in force the amounts and types of insurance conforming to the minimum requirements set forth herein. Except as may be otherwise expressly specified herein, the insurance shall commence at or prior to the execution of this Contract by Sponsor and shall be maintained in force throughout the term of this Agreement.
