Common use of Design Builder’s Construction Phase Services Clause in Contracts

Design Builder’s Construction Phase Services. 2.7.1 Unless otherwise provided in the Contract Documents to be the responsibility of Owner or a separate contractor, Design-Builder shall provide through itself or its Subcontractors all necessary supervision, labor, inspection, testing, start-up, material, equipment, machinery, temporary utilities, and other temporary facilities to permit Design-Builder to complete all construction of the Project consistent with the Contract Documents.
