Commitment to collaborate. The Parties wish to fully embrace the principles of collaboration in the performance of the Work of this Project. Collaboration emphasizes a cooperative approach to problem solving involving all key parties to the Project: the Owner/DES, Design-Builder, Designer and principal Subcontractors (electrical, mechanical and others as the Design-Builder and the Owner/DES jointly agree are appropriate). Create a culture of open and honest communication throughout the course of the Project; B. Resolve disputes at the lowest possible level; C.
