Design Contents. Bach Draft Network Section Design will include the information mutually agreed upon by the Parties for First Section Design, and at a minimum will include the list of all Designed Addresses and other Constructible Addresses within the Network Section corresponding to such Draft Network Section Design. Each Draft Network Section Design will designate no fewer than the number of Constructible Addresses (including Designed Addresses) as set out in Exhibit B for the applicable Network Section. The City will designate no fewer than 34,000 addresses as Constructible Addresses (including Designed Addresses) collectively across all Network Section Designs for the Conduit Network.

  • Design Elements The School shall implement and maintain the following essential design elements of its educational program:

No Obligation to Publish. We are not obligated to publish, transmit or use your User Content. Spectra is not in any manner endorsing any User Content that it may publish or post on the Platform and cannot, and will not, vouch for its reliability. Spectra is not responsible for any User Content and has no duty to monitor User Content. You use any information contained in User Content at your own risk. Spectra and its designees have the right, in their sole discretion, to monitor, review, edit, remove, delete, disable, refuse, restrict, or terminate access to your User Content or the Platform (in whole or in part) at any time, without prior notice and in our sole discretion, for any or no reason. The obligations that you have to us under these Terms shall survive termination of the Platform, any use by you of the Platform, any User Content on the Platform, or these Terms.   • Derivative Works Constellation Beers shall acquire no ownership rights in the Licensed Intellectual Property or derivative works based thereon or any intellectual property deemed to be owned by Marcas Modelo or Modelo Group as a result of this Agreement. Constellation Beers shall, at any time requested by Marcas Modelo or Modelo Group, whether during or subsequent to the term hereof, disclaim in writing any such property interest or ownership in the Licensed Intellectual Property.
