Design Deliverables. CONTRACTOR shall provide the following documentation as part of the submission of Design Deliverables:
(i) one electronic copy readily downloadable of the drawings and at least two (2) paper copies of the same; or, where applicable, two (2) CDs (in electronic spreadsheet format) containing a detailed inventory of repairs of, for example, lighting, steam traps, and/or water fixtures and a minimum of two (2) paper copies of the same;
(ii) one electronic copy readily downloadable of the required specifications and two (2) paper copies of the same; and
(iii) if applicable, documentation of utility rebate and/or incentive application submittal and pre-approval, either as a PDF or at least two (2) paper copies, as requested by DCAMM.
Design Deliverables. Deliverables to be prepared and Services to be performed by the Consultant at various Parts of design. The design deliverables are to comply with the requirements of the Service Order. The Production Schedule earned value procedures are based upon the agreed weighted percentage values of the deliverables for each Basic Services Part.
Design Deliverables. Company shall cause the Engineer to 205 prepare plans and specifications suitable and complete for the Construction of the 206 Streetscape Improvements. The design standards and deliverables shall comply 207 with the requirements of the City, Duke Energy (for lighting replacements) and 208 the NCDOT. The City Manager or his designee shall have the right to review the 209 plans and specifications at various stages of design. The Company shall allow the 210 City Manager or his designee to review and approve the Engineer’s design 211 documents for the Streetscape Improvements at various phases of percent of 212 completion determined by the City and approved by the Company. The City shall 213 also have the right to review and approve other submittals, including site plan 214 submittals, and stormwater submittals. All approvals herein described shall be 215 obtained in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 12.15 below. 216 217
Design Deliverables. The Initial Design delivered to Intel shall include the items described in Schedule A-2, which is attached to and incorporated into this Exhibit A by reference. Any Subsequent Design delivered to Intel shall include such items in Schedule A-2 as are applicable to the Subsequent Design. In the event that the Subsequent Design uses different vendor tools or [*****] than the Initial Design, the items described in Schedule A-2 will be adjusted accordingly.

Design Deliverables. The Contractor shall correct all design deliverables that do not conform to the Specific Requirements at the time of delivery. Such design deliverables shall be prepared in accordance with the Applicable Laws and Regulations.
Design Deliverables. The Developer shall submit to the Department all RFC Documents, revisions to RFC Documents, and As-Built documents.
Design Deliverables. The Engineer and Architect will coordinate the following design deliverables: Schematic Design (30% Design Deliverable)
Design Deliverables. The Developer may submit Design and Environmental Documentation for a part or the whole of a Phase or Section of the Toll Road under the review procedures of Clause 13 (Design Information, Drawings and Manuals). For each part or the whole of a Phase or Section of the Toll Road, the design activities shall be in two stages:
(i) Design for Approval: The Design for Approval shall be based upon the Outline Design and include, inter alia, vertical and horizontal alignment indicating the position of the road, proposed cross sections, toll plaza location and layout, definition of the Site, necessary utilities diversion, Environmental Documentation including details of any mitigation measures to be undertaken to counter the environmental impact of the project, etc. The Design for Approval shall include such designs and supporting documentation in a form and level of detail as required by and acceptable to NRCA and NWA and shall be submitted to: • the Grantor’s Representative, for review in accordance with Clause 13 • the Natural Resources Conservation Authority (NRCA), for review and approval • the National Works Agency (NWA), for review and approval The Design for Approval shall be in sufficient detail to enable the Grantor to complete the land acquisition and identify utilities diversions, and to enable the Developer to implement the Detailed Design and the Construction Works. The relevant parts of the Quality Documentation shall be submitted to the Grantor’s Representative prior to commencement of the design in accordance with Clause 13A (Quality Documentation Review).
