Final Review. Failing settlement of the grievance at Step 2, the Union may submit it to the Publisher, or his designate, within seven (7) working days from the date of the Company's reply at Step 2. At the Step 3 meeting to discuss the grievance, the employee shall have the assistance of the Union Grievance Committee. Also, other Company representatives, and officials of the Union who are not employees of the Company, may be present at the request of either party. The Publisher, or his designate, shall respond to the grievance within five (5) working days from the date of the Step 3 meeting.

Final Review. At the conclusion of the remediation process a meeting with the teacher and members of the team shall take place. The parties shall review the plans, expectations and progress at this meeting. If remediation is successful, as determined by the principal in consultation with the team and based upon Sections 12.2 and 12.3, the remediation process shall be terminated. After three (3) years of satisfactory performance all references to the remediation process shall be removed from the employee’s personnel file.
Final Review. A Final Review shall be conducted by correlating the Cost and Income Approach value estimates derived through the ORION CAMA models, or derived from alternative valuation models (i.e. Grain Elevators and Subsidized Housing) along with consideration of all other relevant data such as sales or ‘multiplier’ studies. The ORION CAMA Final Review program is expected to be utilized by Contractor. Appropriate work files shall be maintained by Contractor to support final value estimates.

CESSDA MO may decide to include an external review committee composed of experts. The experts will be appointed by the Director. The final review will include, among others, the review of the Deliverables, the final report, the activity and administrative documentation and the use of resources and claimed expenditures against the proposed budget. Based on the final review, CESSDA MO and the Working Groups’ leaders will formulate a recommendation to be shared with the Delivery Partnership. In case of a positive recommendation, the project will be closed, and a final balancing payment will be released within 15 days. In case of a negative recommendation, the final approval may be withheld to allow the submission of improved Deliverables, for which the Main Office will set a deadline. If a positive recommendation is issued following the submission of the improved Deliverables, then the project will be closed, and a balancing final payment will be released within 15 days. If a negative recommendation is issued following the submission of the improved Deliverables, then the Director will seek to reach a satisfactory resolution regarding the way forward, which may include a change request as specified in Clause [12] or termination of this Agreement in accordance with Clause [13].
Final Review. (1) On the fifth anniversary of the Corporation, the Monetary Council shall undertake a review to determine whether the Corporation has fulfilled its purposes and: (a) terminate the Corporation; or (b) extend the Corporation for a term not exceeding five years. (2) Where a decision is taken under paragraph 1(a) to terminate, Article 90 shall apply. (3) Where a decision is taken under paragraph 1(b) to extend, a final review shall be undertaken in the penultimate year of the extended period and the Corporation shall terminate in the final year and Article 90 shall apply.

Upon request by Celgene, the Parties shall meet no later than [***] prior to the date that written notice is required under Section 6.3 in order for Celgene to extend the Research Term or, if applicable, at least [***] but no more than [***] prior to expiration of the Third Extension of the Research Term to discuss each such Available Target and Collaboration Candidate and data and information relating thereto provided to Celgene pursuant to this Section 2.2.7.

Final Review. In the event County discovers that some funds were paid to Contractor by County to reimburse expenses that did not in fact occur or that were not for the construction of infrastructure, Contractor shall promptly repay such amounts to County with interest at the rate of 10% per annum from the time paid by County until repaid to County by Contractor.
Final Review. Prior to ratification and approval, the Board and MEA shall have the right to submit the tentative Agreement to legal counsel for review. Either party may renegotiate or withdraw previously agreed-upon provisions judged by its legal counsel to be in violation of the law. All other provisions of the tentative Agreement shall be unaffected by this action.
Final Review. The disposition of the grievance made by the Executive Officer shall be the final review step in this Grievance Procedure.
