DESIGN PROFESSIONAL'S ACCOUNTING RECORDS. Design Professional shall make available to Owner or Owner's authorized representative records of Reimbursable Expenses and expenses pertaining to Additional Services and services performed on the basis of a multiple of Direct Personnel Expense for inspection and copying during regular business hours for three years after the date of the final Certificate of Payment, or until any litigation related to the Project is final, whichever date is later.
