Student Housing and Community Hospitality Services may at any time, in its absolute discretion, require that your designated roommate cease to occupy your accommodation and your designated roommate’s failure to comply with an order to vacate your accommodation is a breach of this Contract, enabling Student Housing and Community Hospitality Services to pursue remedies against you pursuant to section 1.13Section 1.13 (Termination of Residence Contract by the University).

You agree that no other persons shall reside in your accommodation without the prior written consent of the UniversityXxxxx. You agree to advise the University Xxxxx in writing within ten (10) days of a change in designated roommate or of your designated roommate ceasing to reside in the accommodation. You acknowledge and agree that this Contract Agreement is with you alone and there is no contract between the University Xxxxx and the designated roommate. When you vacate the accommodation, accommodation your designated roommate must vacate at the same time.
