Designation and Selection of Representatives. The Executive Director of FNA Local 713 shall annually furnish to the Vice President for Human Resources or designee, no later than July 1, a list of FNA Local 713 Employee Representatives and FNA Local 713 Staff Representatives who are designated to assist in processing grievances. This list shall include the class title and the name of each FNA Local 713 Employee Representative and the address and telephone number of the FNA Local 713 Staff Representatives. FIU will not recognize any person as an FNA Local 713 Employee Representative or FNA Local 713 Staff Representative whose name does not appear on the list. Changes in these representatives may be made by written notice to the University. No more than two (2) employees may be designated as FNA Local 713 Employee Representatives.
