Designation of air carriers. 1. Notwithstanding paragraph 1 of Article 4, Indonesia, Myanmar, the Philippines, and Viet Nam may maintain the requirement for designation of air carriers existing in their respective domestic laws and regulations at the time of signature of this Agreement.
