Common use of Designation of City Representative Clause in Contracts

Designation of City Representative. The City hereby designates the Community Programs Manager of the Parks and Recreation Department, or his or her authorized representative, as the City representative under this Agreement. Such representative shall have complete authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define City policies and decisions with respect to performance by the Organization.
